"Product" means the Product that is specified on the online Order form as the product You wish to purchase pursuant to the Terms and Conditions Agreement.

WEB BEACONS

We also use "web beacons," "pixel tags," "clear GIFs" or similar means on our Website. A Web Beacon is an electronic image, often a single pixel, embedded on web pages. Web Beacons are ordinarily not visible to users. Web Beacons allow us to count the number of users who have visited certain pages of the Website, to deliver branded services and to generate statistics about how our Website is used.

MAKING PURCHASES VIA THE WEBSITE

If you purchase a product via the Website, we request certain Personal Information from you. You must provide contact information such as first and last name, address, city, postcode, email and phone number and financial information such as credit card type, credit card number, expiration date and CVV2.   We use this information for billing and remittance purposes to fulfill your orders, as applicable. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.   When you place an order via the Website, MD will also send you informational emails regarding such orders.  

When you get to the payment part of your order you will be transferred automatically to the Barclaycard secure payment-processing site.  MD does not record or retain your credit card details.    When your payment is process is completed you will be automatically returned to the MD website. 

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

When you register for the Website and create an Account, your Personal Information (including, but not limited to, your name) will not be publicly viewable via the Website.  Your Account information is only accessible by you using your username and password. 

  • Service Providers. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services, to provide our Services on our behalf, to perform Website-related services (e.g., without limitation, payment processing, billing and shipping services, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Website's features) or to assist us in analysing how our Website is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
  • Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. MD cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. CHANGING OR DELETING YOUR INFORMATION

To completely delete all Personal Information you provide to MD, you must contact us at info@mark-dickens.com. If you completely delete all such information, your account will be deactivated.   We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
